What are your passions?

I’m currently the Wellness Editor for Swift Wellness, a writer for the St. Louis Queer+ Support Helpline, and a creator on Instagram sharing engaging, empathetic, and relatable personal mental health, fashion, and lifestyle content.

I’m passionate about redefining conversations about wellness to make them more accessible and inclusive and continuing the destigmatization of mental health in a nuanced way, empowering queer people to find clothing and style that feels comfortable and euphoric for them, and learning how to nurture my inner child.

What inspires you lately?

I’m feeling inspired by community care and peer support, quilts made by the Gee’s Bend quilters, wildflowers, and the bird migration. I’ve also been really inspired by watching @gigistherapyworld and @readwritethrift on TikTok.

What song do you have on repeat?

Go Outside by Ratboys

What's your favorite season?

Fall or spring. I’m really in love with the transitional seasons. Honorable mention for a Midwest winter because I adore snow so much.

What's next for you?

I have a book coming out with Game Over Books in 2023 that covers topics such as reparenting, nourishment, and my experience with mental illness. I’m also starting EMDR therapy.
